	By the A8 highway (autoroute), exit 50, "NICE PROMENADE DES ANGLAIS", take "le centre ville" along the sea side, when you get to the "NEGRESCO" hotel, take "rue CRONSTADT". The fourth street on the left is "Bd V. HUGO. Cross "Bd GAMBETTA" and you find yourself in "Avenue des FLEURS". We are in the middle of the street on the right side, at the bottom of the cul de sac. From the train station (S.N.C.F.), 15 mn by foot, or with bus 23, stop "JARDIN ALSACE-LORRAINE". From the airport, take bus 23, stop at "JARDIN ALSACE - LORRAINE" or by taxi.
